Now with these tire chains, these are going to get you through any situation that you might find yourself in with the inclement weather, whether it's snow and ice. They're super easy to install, which is a nice feature about them. These socks are gonna be a great outfit for you to have on your vehicle for those times when you might find yourself stuck in some larger snow and ice. You can put these on and the texture, the fabric's gonna give you that traction you need on that snow and ice to pull you out of any of those situations.The elastic band around the socks on both sides is gonna make it very easy to install. Now even though the thought of just having socks inside of a set of steel chains seems kind of counter productive, the fabric that this is made out of is gonna stick to that snow and ice, and really just give you that extra traction that you need. Titan Cable Snow Tire Chain Installation - 2017 Hyundai Elantra- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be looking at the Titan Chain cable snow tire chains, part number TC1034. Keep in mind that this is being used with tire size 205-55-16. The cable style tire chains are made out of a low carbon steel construction, so they're strong and durable, and they're going to provide great traction in light snow. The ladder pattern is going to assist with effective starts and stops and these chains are SAE class S rated for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. The low profile design of our tire chains gives an overall smooth ride and the tire chains come with a reusable storage bag for when you aren't using your storage chains. The Titan Chain tire chains have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour and come in a quantity of two. They're quick and easy to install, we'll show you how to do that now. I've gone ahead and laid out our chains just to make sure there aren't any kinks or breaks in the lines. more

Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part number TC1540. So here's what our chains look like when they're fully installed. And these are gonna give us that extra traction whether we're driving on ice or snow. It's gonna feature square links that are in a diamond pattern shape to give more tire coverage, and get that extra traction. Our links are gonna be smaller than most square link chains, and since they form that diamond pattern, they're gonna give us adequate traction, but also a smooth ride. It's gonna feature a built-in tensioner, which is gonna help the fit of our chains, and make sure we have a nice, secure fit. Our chains are SAE Class S chains, which means they're gonna work well and designed to work with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. Our chains are gonna have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles an hour, and they do come in a pair. They also come with a reusable storage tote, so we can keep it in our trunk, and we'll have that extra traction whenever we need it. Titan Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be test fitting the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part number TC2317. These chains have square links coupled with a diamond pattern design, which is going to provide excellent traction on both snow and ice. These are also made from a manganese nickel alloy, which is very durable and corrosion resistant. These are SAE Class S chains, which means they work real well with vehicles with a limited wheel well clearance. They also come with their own tensioner, which makes the install much easier, so you don't have to worry about those extra tensioners that you have to purchase separately. The maximum speed rating for these is going to be 30 mph, and when you're finished using them, they do come with a convenient carrying case, so you can place them in there and in your vehicle, so they're ready for the next time. Today, we're working with tire size P235/55/19. Now, if these chains don't fit this particular tire size, double check the size, then go to our fit guide and find the proper fit. Before we install the chains onto the tire, we went ahead and laid them out in front of it just to make sure there's no kinks or anything like that. more

Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2017 Hyundai Elantra PW1034- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to be test fitting the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number PW1034. These chains are great for the occasional use. They have these cables here that have these case hardened low carbon steel rollers on them with a ladder pattern, so it makes them good for uses with light snow and makes starts and stops more effective as you drive. These are SAE class S chains, which means they work well with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. These do comply with all the Department of Transportation regulations, and these can work with either front or rear wheel drive vehicles. Today we're going to be working with tire size 205/55-R16. Now if these chains don't fit your tire, double check the tire size and then go to our fit guide to find the proper fit. Before we place the tire chain onto the tire, I'm going to lay it out on the ground as you can see here and this is to make sure there's no kinks in the lines before I put it on. more

These chains are made from a case-hardened steel, which give you excellent grip and traction while you're driving on snowy or icy conditions. These are SAE Class S chains, which means they work well with vehicles with limited wheel-well clearance. These will work on front or rear-wheel drive vehicles, they install very quickly and easily and these are meant for highway use and not for off-road applications. When you're finished driving, it does come with a carrier case that you can place the chains in so they're ready for the next time. Before we place the chains onto the tire we went ahead and laid them out on the ground, as you can see here, to make sure there's no kinks in the lines. Once you're sure of that, we'll take the chains, drape them over the tire and start making our connections. Today we're going to be working with tire size 205/55-R16. You see how the links are wrapping around each other at this point You want to make sure that this end is facing away from the tire. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Elantra, we're going to review and install the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number PW1034. We'll be installing these on tire size 205/55-R16. Here's what our tire chain's going to look like once it's laid out. On one side of our cable chains is going to be a hook for taking up the excess cable, and a keeper for keeping any excess cable. Stop it from flapping or swinging around, possibly causing damage when running down the road. We'll have that on both the inside and outside of our cable. Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2012 Hyundai Sonata- Video
All right, today on this 2012 Hyundai Sonata we're going to show you the Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains, Part Number PWPLC1138. Now for reference, we'll work with a tire size today of 205/65-R16. Now this is what the snow chains look like when they're installed on a tire. We'll go ahead and take a closer look at the crossbars. When we look at the links themselves, it's constructed from a square stock. There's at least two sides of the corner that faces the ice and snow and helps it dig in. This is what's called Class-S chain which is designed for vehicles with limited clearance between the fender well and a tire and also components behind the tire as well. All right, now one last little detail about the crossbars here is that the links are created from the case hardened steel so this'll take a very long time to wear down, and the rest of our chain is created from the low carbon steel. Now these chains are designed for basically light duty use, basically get you out of a jam when you need to. more

Today on our 2011 Hyundai Sonata we'll be installing and taking a look at the Glacier Cable Snow Tire chains, part number PW1038. As you see, these tire chains feature nice, steel construction along with heavy duty steel rollers here that roll on the cross wire. That's what's going to give you traction in the snow and ice. At this end, it features two hooks for easy installation. All you have to do is bring the cable chain all around your tire, put it on the hooks and then hook in the excess wire here in the keepers and you're ready to hit the road. The other end features adjustable notches here so you can get a nice tight fit around your tire. They also feature a metal connector here that connect the cross wire here to the side wire. more

The outside chain is going to have a lever hook that will help pull tension on the outer chain and come back into an open link. It's a good idea to lay out your chains to be familiar with them before you actually need to use them in the ice and snow, like we're doing here. Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe pw1046- Video
Today on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, we'll be installing the Glacier Cable Snow Chains, pat number PW1046. To being our install, we're first going lay our snow chain out. Now, as we've got it laid out, we'll make sure the smooth side is facing the tire and the outside, away from the tire, will be the hook side, so it doesn't dig into our sidewall. Let's go ahead and take it and lay it up over the top of our tire. As we set it in place, we're going to try to get our cable even, both inside and outside of the tire, on the sidewall. We'll roll the bottom half down around the bottom of the tire and now we can move underneath and secure the cable and eyelet. We're going to take the notched end of our cable, feed it through the eyelet end. more
